In our opinion, an instructional designer's true achievement is marked by the effectiveness and quality of their work. Our goal as instructional designers is to effectively apply our knowledge to any and all projects. We utilize instructional technology to create innovative courses and instructional material. We utilize current instructional as well as educational technology and methods to correlate with academic information. In this way, we create as well as deliver material which all can utilize and apply to their learning experience.
Casey Schultz
Casey has over 10 years experience in training, facilitation, instructional and learning design. With an M.S. in Instructional Design, Casey has varied experience creating remote and online programs in a number of different fields. Casey is an experienced instructional designer with a focus on upskilling and new hire onboarding. Additionally, her background in training and instructional design comes from traditional higher education (undergraduate and graduate) fields as well as spending almost 14 years in the learning and design world of industries such as property & casualty insurance and manufacturing. Casey holds a Masters degree in Instructional Design from St. Leo University and will be finishing her Doctorate in Education from the University of Dayton in May of 2025.
Hernan Cortez
Hernan has over 12 years experience as an Instructional and Learning Designer. With an M.A. in Educational Technology and Instructional design, Hernan has vast experience creating remote and online programs in a number of different fields. Hernan is an experienced instructional designer with special expertise in the areas of accessibility, online course redesign, content creation, objective mapping, copyright, and Open Educational Resources. Hernan holds a Masters degree in History and a Master's degree in Educational Technology/Instructional Design from Central Michigan University.
